About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Mechanical CAD Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mechanical design software and the ability to deliver clear, engaging training sessions to students or professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training on Mechanical CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX, etc.

  • Develop course materials, tutorials, and real-time projects for students.

  • Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software upgrades.

  • Assist in curriculum improvement and training strategy development.

  • Support student queries and guide them in project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Candidate with good communication skills (Kannada/English/Hindi)

  • Hands-on experience with major Mechanical CAD tools (mention which ones).

  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawing, and design fundamentals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Prior teaching/training experience (preferred but not mandatory).

We are looking for a confident and proactive Lady Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with students, explaining course details, discussing pricing, and guiding them toward choosing the right training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to students and parents.

  • Clearly explain training programs, course modules, and duration.

  • Provide accurate information regarding course fees and payment plans.

  • Counsel students based on their educational background and career goals.

  • Maintain follow-ups with potential students to convert enquiries into admissions.

  • Record student details and maintain proper documentation.

  • Represent the organization professionally in every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidate with good communication skills (Kannada/English/Hindi).

  • Pleasant personality and confident telephone manners.

  • Ability to explain course details in a clear and convincing manner.

  • Experience in counselling or telecalling is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
